Munich Frocktails will be an evening of celebrating everything sewing with a “Hypewalk” Fashion Show to present your self-made outfits, Door Prizes and Goodie Bags from our Sponsors, Refreshments, and more!

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
By attending Munich Frocktails, you grant SewWoanders permission to use your image, likeness, and voice in photographs and videos taken before, during, and after the event for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, and future event promotions. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our staff in advance.
TICKET POLICY
Tickets are Non-refundable. Tickets are Transferable with approval, contact event host: munichfrocktails@gmail.com
DRESS CODE
Frocktails is designed for people that SEW! To honor and celebrate our creative efforts (and all the blood sweat and tears shed while sewing…) we kindly require all guests to wear garments which are primarily self-made. If you’d like to bring your favorite sew-porter along with you, we allow for accompanying guests to wear garments made by their host.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

The email confirmation you received after purchasing a ticket serves as your payment receipt.
Once the tickets are sold out, we will send everyone their unique QR Code ticket to the email address provided. This will be sent no later than February 28, 2026.

MEET THE MUNICH FROCKTAILS founders

Head of Vibes
Stacey @sew.woanders moved to Munich area in 2018 and has since worked on building up the sewing community through sewing lessons, networking events and ten iterations of the popular @munichsewingretreat.

Head of Media
Kelsey has been a Münchener for more than a decade. A serial crafter, she picked up sewing in 2019 and hasn't stopped since. Her makes can be seen on grid @wanderingsewist and she frequently attends the Munich Sewing Retreat and other Frocktails events around Europe.

Though they come from the same home town in Kentucky, U.S.A., (and the same High School.. and the same University…) Kelsey and Stacey only first met in Munich in 2018!
Brought together by their shared love of sewing, baking, and general camaraderie, they have banded together to bring even more people together around sewing — first through online virtual sewing groups, then to an annual private Sewing Retreat “Sew Rogue”, which was the catalyst for the quarterly Munich Sewing Retreats, that continued on to attending Frocktails events across Europe, and now to host the very first Munich Frocktails!
Though the dynamic duo leads the planning team, there are many people that have supported them along the way. Special shout out goes to Lise @miss.taeschli who was part of the driving force to plan a Frocktails in Germany while currently planning the first Swiss Frocktails.
